The TYPICAL INDUSTRY WARRANTY is as follows:
One year on material or workmanship issues.
Our Warranty covers workmanship and material related issues for the period of one year and begins 24 hours from date of installation. This does not cover repair of cracked borders. All concrete is subject to cracking over time. We anchor our borders every three feet, place control joints every three feet and us a heavy industrial sealer for lasting protection and limited cracking. However, all concrete borders can be repaired.

The Warranty does not cover damage occurring to border during the first 24 hours of its life. The border is soft and susceptible to damage during this time frame. The customer should avoid allowing pets and children in the area of the newly installed border for the first 24 hours. Our business is largely referral based and we understand how having happy customers means an abundance of word-of-mouth advertising. We greatly rely on your enthusiasm and confidence with our Signature Series Borders.
In addition, we offer a 1.00 per foot resealing charge at the two or three year resealing interval. This can also been done by the homeowner with poly seal and a thick knap roller.

Curb Sensations has been in business for going on eight years and have combined experience totaling 32 years.
This is one of the most underrated questions in the industry. At C. S. we would never consider installing border where gutters drain inside the flowerbed against the homes foundation. Though a gutter seems small, it must be remembered that gutters handle many square feet of water volume channeling it out the down spout. This creates basement leaking, crawlspace flooding, as well as erosion around the border, walks and driveways. We charge $100.00 per 10 ft drain. The drain sits flush on the ground and can be mown over without a problem. The only time it pops up is when it rains.
